Serve as the primary HR business partner for Carolinas offices, managing employee relations and investigations, advising leadership on personnel and performance decisions, supporting recruiting/onboarding, administering evaluations and compensation reviews, developing HR policies, ensuring federal and state compliance, and leading employee engagement initiatives while collaborating with the broader HR team.

Support the immigration practice by preparing and filing immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions and waivers (PERM, I-140, H-1B, L-1, TN, EB-1/2/3, O-1, E visas), manage case documents, and maintain case management systems in an on-site role.

Provide litigation support and administrative case management for attorneys: draft correspondence, pleadings, motions and appellate documents; perform legal research and pre-claim investigations; manage filings, e-filing (preferred), records, discovery, exhibits, calendars, and client communications; coordinate vendors and support case settlements.
