Lead mechanical design of capital equipment from concept through production. Define system/subsystem requirements, perform trade-offs, create complex CAD drawings, ensure DFX/DFM, support ECOs and sustainment, and collaborate with manufacturing to scale high-quality products.

Lead the design, development, and testing of cryogenic hardware, partnering with engineers to create integrated products from research to production.

Support development and execution of cryogenic systems by building, assembling, troubleshooting, testing, and validating pre-production systems. Lead end-to-end marketing for a quantum cryogenics startup: produce technical content, manage HubSpot campaigns and reporting, run events and demand generation, enable sales with competitive materials, and execute cross-functional strategic projects alongside leadership.

The Head of Strategic Finance will lead financial strategy, develop financial models, analyze business performance, and drive growth through stakeholder management and reporting.

Develop and execute technical product positioning, messaging, and content for cryogenic, RF, and quantum infrastructure. Translate complex engineering concepts into buyer-focused narratives, create whitepapers and sales enablement materials, support conferences and media, gather market intelligence, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption and launch go-to-market programs.
