Hands-on Electrical Engineer supporting LED and automotive product development from prototype through production. Responsibilities include electrical lab testing, PCB bring-up, board-level debugging, circuit troubleshooting, failure analysis, verification testing, and validation procedure development. The role analyzes analog and digital circuits, interprets schematics and layouts, documents test results, and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams. Basic scripting and experience with LED lighting, automotive electronics, power electronics, or embedded systems are advantageous.

Coordinates international imports, customs documentation, shipment tracking, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and delivery updates for LED lighting and electrical products. Maintains import records, prepares regulatory forms, supports landed-cost estimates, resolves shipping issues, updates logistics systems, and assists with import procedures for new products. Collaborates with warehouses, customer service, marketing, suppliers, carriers, and customs brokers while ensuring accurate and compliant international trade operations.

Manage daily accounts payable activities, including invoice processing, vendor records, reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, and payments. Support accounts receivable, general ledger activities, journal entries, accruals, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, audits, and accounting projects. Maintain accurate records and internal controls while collaborating with Import, Warehouse, and other departments.

Leads an electrical and mechanical engineering team while overseeing staffing, priorities, performance, and development. Designs, tests, troubleshoots, and improves LED lighting products; coordinates hardware, firmware, and software integration; manages engineering projects, documentation, supplier relationships, and manufacturing support. Drives root-cause analysis, corrective actions, continuous improvement, recruiting, onboarding, and cross-functional technical problem-solving.
