Provide HR support across recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, HR technology, employee engagement, compliance, and clerical HR tasks. Maintain HR records and systems, generate reports, coordinate events and training, and handle confidential information while supporting HR projects.

Hands-on Controller to lead accounting operations: manage AR/AP, payroll entries, GL integrity, month-end/year-end close, financial statements, budgeting/forecasting, cash flow, ERP optimization (Sage preferred), tax and audit coordination with CPAs, implement internal controls, mentor accounting staff, and provide strategic financial insights to ownership.

Own and continuously improve the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. Lead audits, CAPA, root cause analysis, document control, management reviews, and compliance initiatives. Train employees, support certification readiness (ISO, TISAX, C-TPAT), and collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams in a manufacturing/product environment.
