Coordinates international imports, customs documentation, shipment tracking, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and delivery updates for LED lighting and electrical products. Maintains import records, prepares regulatory forms, supports landed-cost estimates, resolves shipping issues, updates logistics systems, and assists with import procedures for new products. Collaborates with warehouses, customer service, marketing, suppliers, carriers, and customs brokers while ensuring accurate and compliant international trade operations.
