Teams at Maxx Marketing

Executes e-commerce sales, pricing, listings, content, inventory, logistics, reporting, forecasting, and marketplace troubleshooting across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok, and Faire. Coordinates with agencies, warehouses, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders while monitoring performance, resolving platform compliance issues, supporting replenishment, and researching competitors and consumer trends.

Provides full-cycle accounting support for North American offices, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, payroll and benefits administration, monthly close, financial reporting, inventory accounting, trade credit management, audit support, and regulatory compliance. Coordinates with overseas offices and internal and external stakeholders in a hybrid local role.

Manages corporate communications and public relations for YuMe and Maxx Marketing. Responsibilities include corporate voice, LinkedIn and editorial content, media relations, press releases, advertising and trade partnerships, executive visibility, event communications, crisis communications, website news, and reporting. The role requires collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, attendance at tradeshows, and on-site work in London four days per week.
