Job Description- Work closely with designers from design concept, product style, and functional requirements, transforming abstract concepts into practical and feasible production solutions.
- Conduct structural analysis of plush products and design detailed production processes, ensuring the products meet design specifications and are suitable for mass production.
- Provide professional recommendations on fabric and accessory based on product characteristics, under cost control.
- Guide suppliers through sample development and trial production, improve production techniques, and resolve issues identified during pattern-making and sewing processes to shorten sample lead time and ensure smooth mass production.
- Ensure all products meet the quality and safety standards.

- 8+ years experience in plush toys development, familiar the process from concept development to mass production.
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in using electric sewing machines, digital printing, embroidery, appliqué, hand sewing, and knowledgeable in cutting, stuffing, and final finishing techniques.
- Strong knowledge of plush product manufacturing processes, development cycles, and various fabrics/materials (including different textures and material characteristics).
- Familiar toys safety and testing standards, e.g. EN71 and ASTM.
- Able to negotiate with suppliers on pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and other procurement conditions to ensure competitive advantages.
- Good communication skills and teamwork splits, capable of coordinating effectively with cross-functional departments.
- Able to independently analyze and resolve issues encountered during product development and production.
- Detail‑minded, responsible, and with strong professional ethics. Able to complete tasks on time.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Well-versed in MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook & Teams).
- Short notice or immediate available is highly preferred.
