Manage relationships and recurring revenue for complex software accounts. Drive retention, renewals, upsells, cross-sells, client satisfaction, and strategic account growth. Develop and maintain high-availability enterprise web applications using Angular, ASP.NET Core, C#, SQL databases, and AWS. Responsibilities include building reactive SPAs, RESTful APIs and microservices, optimizing database performance, implementing authentication and security controls, deploying cloud services, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and writing automated tests.

Supports payments and billing activities, prepares reconciliation and variance analyses, maintains standard operating procedures and documentation, and assists with finance-related projects. The role requires an enrolled or recently graduated candidate with a finance-related degree, strong Microsoft Excel skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
