Provides remote and in-person IT helpdesk support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up workstations, maintaining operating systems and peripherals, monitoring network infrastructure, performing backups, applying basic cybersecurity controls, tracking IT assets, documenting processes, and coordinating with vendors. Requires an active Top Secret clearance and CI polygraph, an associate degree or equivalent technical experience, and two years of related experience.

Produce Visio topologies, analyze performance, repair issues, and support operational excellence for mission networks.

Design, implement, and operate integrated Linux and network infrastructures in support of US Government missions. Provide technical design, briefings to government personnel, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prototype, secure, and deploy solutions.

Design, build, and maintain mission infrastructure across Linux, Windows, cloud, and networking. Secure and harden infrastructure, troubleshoot system and network issues, architect cloud networking solutions, analyze vulnerabilities, and provide creative operational solutions while communicating with team and leadership.

Lead design and implementation of a petabyte-scale multimedia analysis platform. Build and maintain full-stack Java back end and JavaScript/Vue front end, manage high-throughput data pipelines, lead a technical team, apply Agile and CI/CD, troubleshoot complex issues, and design user-friendly interfaces for mission-critical multimedia analysis.

Design and implement LAN/WAN networks and architectures; administer secure remote access and VPNs; apply encryption and routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, multicast); prepare and present technical briefings to government personnel; work independently and in teams to support secure network operations and deployments. Requires active TS/SCI with full-scope polygraph.
