Source and engage passive technology and corporate candidates across the US, India, and Europe. Partner with hiring managers to build pipelines, conduct initial screening, assess work eligibility and compensation details, maintain accurate ATS records, and provide market feedback. The role requires knowledge of cross-border hiring, US employment and visa concepts, Indian labor standards, background verification, data privacy, and international stakeholder communication.

Provide level‑1 IT support for a 3PL across the Mid‑Atlantic: maintain and deploy hardware (networking, RF devices, robotics), support WMS/WMSAPPS and RF software (Wavelink, Synapse, ProShip, NiceLabel), document configurations, escalate complex issues, and travel regionally for on‑call facility support and projects.
