Drives volume, market share, profit, production commitments, inventory, and customer satisfaction targets; evaluates dealer KPIs; trains dealer sales teams; communicates programs and competitive intelligence; identifies new dealers; escalates issues; and provides market feedback. The role includes dealer visits, event support, and estimated travel exceeding 50%.

Provides day-to-day HR partnership for production and professional teams, including employee relations, hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, performance management, coaching, training, engagement, compliance, accommodations, benefits education, and HR analytics. Partners with leaders to resolve employee issues, support leadership capability, and align people strategies with business objectives in office and production environments.
