Lead end-to-end product development for next-generation boats, drive execution against milestones, strengthen engineering-production handoffs, build a high-performing team, improve manufacturability and quality, and partner with operations, supply chain, and sales to deliver production-ready products on time.

Supervise daily production operations, staff scheduling, training and performance management. Ensure safety, quality, and productivity using lean practices; maintain work instructions, handle hazardous materials safely, and drive continuous improvement.

Prepare and finish fiberglass parts by grinding, trimming, drilling, cutting, and polycoring per work orders and prints. Move parts, perform rework, follow safety and PPE requirements, maintain housekeeping, and complete assigned tasks using hand, power, and pneumatic tools.
