Own and scale People Operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, promotions, employee relations, offboarding, policies, compliance, and employee communications. Build scalable HR processes, playbooks, and workflows; advise managers and leaders on sensitive employee matters; run performance and promotion cycles; improve systems and documentation; and help establish the People foundation for a rapidly growing startup.

Lead and scale a Sales Development Representative team, providing coaching, training, performance management, and mentorship. Develop outbound prospecting strategies, establish KPIs, refine ideal customer profiles, and improve sales processes. Manage lead qualification, CRM data quality, pipeline tracking, sales tools, playbooks, and SDR-to-Account Executive handoffs while partnering with Marketing and Sales leadership to drive qualified pipeline growth.

Own day-to-day IT operations and employee support, including identity and access management, device administration, SaaS applications, onboarding and offboarding, office networking, conference rooms, security controls, equipment inventory, and IT workflows. Troubleshoot employee technology issues, manage systems and vendors, and improve scalability through automation and infrastructure as code.

Lead technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, solution design, and implementation planning for enterprise AI customer-support solutions. Partner with sales and senior customer stakeholders to discover requirements, scope tailored solutions, communicate ROI, and support deal progression. Build AI-assisted demo applications, explain code and technical architecture, and relay customer feedback to product teams.

The Principal Solutions Architect at Maven must design and validate complex AI architectures, guide deployments, and transform customer needs into reusable assets for enterprise solutions.

Own and evolve cloud and on-prem infrastructure for an enterprise AI platform: design IaC, operate Kubernetes clusters, build CI/CD for a monorepo, implement observability, drive SLOs and DR, scale GPU/ML deployments, manage security and secrets, and improve developer velocity.

Own Maven's enterprise integrations product line, including roadmap, prioritization, platform architecture, actions frameworks, customer requirements, partner strategy, P&L, and marketplace relationships. Translate complex customer systems into product requirements, define safe agent actions, scale connector development, and partner with engineering, GTM, and customer success to drive enterprise growth.

Build and operate signal-to-pipeline systems that generate qualified enterprise meetings. Combine data, enrichment, and agent/LLM workflows to personalize outreach, instrument funnel attribution, run GTM experiments, and iterate on systems that convert meetings into opportunities while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and engineering.

Lead strategic customer relationships for enterprise clients, drive onboarding and adoption of Maven's AI platform, advise on AI best practices and quality, analyze usage and quality data to guide improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to translate customer needs into product outcomes and expansion opportunities.

Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads through research and targeted outreach. Engage prospects via phone, email, and social media, assess fit, record interactions in CRM, and book meetings for Account Executives while meeting lead-generation targets.

Lead the integrations product line: set roadmap and P&L, define integration depth and platform tooling, work directly with enterprise customers, enable safe agent actions, partner on ecosystem and GTM, and scale repeatable frameworks to ship integrations faster.

Drive new enterprise sales and expand key accounts for Maven AGI's conversational AI agents. Manage full sales cycles, build C-suite relationships, maintain pipeline and forecasts, collaborate cross-functionally, represent the company at events, and consistently meet revenue targets.

Lead and grow a DevOps/infrastructure team to design, operate, and scale cloud and on-prem infrastructure (Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD). Ensure reliability, observability, security, and customer-facing enterprise deployments while partnering across engineering, product, security, and customer success.

Senior Forward Deployed Engineer will support customer experience by designing solutions, implementing technical plans, making technical demos, and engaging with clients to drive AI adoption.

Lead and build a regional enterprise sales organization to meet revenue targets: develop territory plans, grow pipeline, close complex Fortune 500 deals, manage contracts and customer success, recruit and coach Account Executives, and partner with channel/alliance partners.

Own and expand strategic enterprise accounts in long-cycle, high-ACV deals. Run deep discovery, build mutual success plans, orchestrate complex sales cycles (POCs, pilots, security, procurement), forecast and manage pipeline, and partner cross-functionally to position the platform as mission-critical infrastructure.
