Own and evolve cloud and on-prem infrastructure for an enterprise AI platform: design IaC, operate Kubernetes clusters, build CI/CD for a monorepo, implement observability, drive SLOs and DR, scale GPU/ML deployments, manage security and secrets, and improve developer velocity.

Lead Maven AGI’s SDR function by managing the team, improving outbound sales processes, consolidating sales technology, establishing outcome-based metrics, developing career paths, and building scalable enablement programs. The role owns SDR people, process, tooling, forecasting, pipeline generation, hiring, coaching, and performance. It requires hands-on onsite leadership in Boston, strong SaaS or AI sales development experience, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to articulate technical value propositions.

Lead and manage the SDR team onsite in Boston (4 days/wk), improve outbound playbook, consolidate SDR tooling, shift metrics to pipeline outcomes, build career paths, enable scale through training and product enablement, and drive pipeline growth and process/forecasting improvements.
