Build scalable HR processes, playbooks, and workflows; advise managers and leaders on sensitive employee matters; run performance and promotion cycles; improve systems and documentation; and help establish the People foundation for a rapidly growing startup.

Lead and scale a Sales Development Representative team, providing coaching, training, performance management, and mentorship. Develop outbound prospecting strategies, establish KPIs, refine ideal customer profiles, and improve sales processes. Manage lead qualification, CRM data quality, pipeline tracking, sales tools, playbooks, and SDR-to-Account Executive handoffs while partnering with Marketing and Sales leadership to drive qualified pipeline growth.

Own day-to-day IT operations and employee support, including identity and access management, device administration, SaaS applications, onboarding and offboarding, office networking, conference rooms, security controls, equipment inventory, and IT workflows. Troubleshoot employee technology issues, manage systems and vendors, and improve scalability through automation and infrastructure as code.
