Own end-to-end delivery of production AI systems: design, implement, deploy, and maintain RAG and agentic workflows across cloud platforms. Pair on complex builds, review PRs, write design notes, and engage directly with clients.

Lead end-to-end executive search engagements: client advisory, tailored sourcing and headhunting, leadership assessment, candidate management, offer negotiation, and post-placement support across international markets. Use market intelligence and AI-enabled tools, mentor juniors, and deliver high-quality candidate experiences for mission-driven organizations.
