Leads United Way Colombia’s finance and administration functions, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash flow, investments, audits, compliance, procurement, contracts, vendors, internal controls, and financial reporting. Advises executive leadership on risks, scenarios, resource allocation, costs, and sustainability. The role also leads process improvement, automation, and collaboration with BI and technology teams while managing the finance team and representing the organization in regional and global forums.

Leads the organization-wide accounting function, overseeing financial records, reporting, audits, tax compliance, internal controls, banking, payroll, and benefits. Supervises accounting activities across Mexico, Thailand, and Malaysia, ensures GAAP compliance, coordinates external audits, conducts internal audits, and improves financial systems and controls. Requires bilingual Spanish and English communication, CPA-level accounting expertise, Microsoft Dynamics experience, and strong organizational skills.

Lead end-to-end executive search engagements: client advisory, tailored sourcing and headhunting, leadership assessment, candidate management, offer negotiation, and post-placement support across international markets. Use market intelligence and AI-enabled tools, mentor juniors, and deliver high-quality candidate experiences for mission-driven organizations.
