Design, analyze, test, and integrate PCB and electronic subsystems for airborne and spaceborne sensing platforms. Own schematics, layout, component selection (Altium), run circuit simulation (Cadence PSpice), perform bring-up/debug, conduct validation and acceptance testing, ensure IPC-compliant manufacturability and reliability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for subsystem integration.

Work directly with the CEO to translate company priorities into actionable operating plans, drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, remove bottlenecks, build lightweight processes, support leadership/board materials, and own special projects to improve execution across engineering, commercial, finance, legal, and operations.

Lead Matter's go-to-market and commercial strategy: turn customer problems into repeatable operational-intelligence products, own pilot-to-production paths, close strategic enterprise deals, build and operate the commercial organization, create pricing/packaging, demos, account planning, and revenue operating rhythms in partnership with the CEO.

The Flight Software Engineer will design, implement, and maintain flight software systems, ensuring reliability and performance under constrained environments. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams, debugging hardware/software interactions, and improving testing workflows.

The Test Engineer will operate and maintain UAS platforms, troubleshoot issues, support flight software V&V, and handle sensor calibration and integration tasks.

The Data/ML Infrastructure Engineer builds and operates data infrastructures for processing drone and orbital sensing data, ensuring reliability, observability, and performance while collaborating with research and product teams.
