Own day-to-day accounting relationships for assigned client families and related entities. Review financial statements and bookkeeping, oversee accounts payable and payroll, perform budget-versus-actual analysis, support forecasting, and participate in audits. Coordinate with vendors and financial professionals, address client inquiries, escalate complex issues, prepare meeting materials, and mentor Staff Accountants. Ensure accurate, timely, and confidential financial management in a high-volume environment.

Manage client portfolio data in Addepar and Arch, produce monthly/quarterly/annual performance, net worth and liquidity reports, validate transactions with investment managers, build Excel models/macros, prepare ad hoc analyses, train analysts, and improve reporting processes while preserving client confidentiality.
