Teams at MATTE Projects

Manage end-to-end planning and execution of partnerships, activations, private events, and community programming. Serve as primary liaison to Rockefeller Center, coordinate cross-functional logistics, manage timelines, budgets, contracts, and stakeholder communications, and support promotion, invoicing, and post-event reporting to ensure high-quality experiential delivery.

Support the design team across digital and print projects: execute layouts and visual assets, contribute to concept development and social content, prepare files for production, source imagery, and assist day-to-day creative tasks while learning industry trends and tools.

Lead creative strategy, concept development, and execution across campaigns, experiential, digital, and brand work. Mentor and manage multidisciplinary teams, present to clients, oversee timelines/budgets, and ensure high-quality creative output aligned with brand strategy.
