Lead experiential production for a dedicated client account from creative kickoff through execution and wrap. Manage production plans, schedules, budgets up to $3 million, staffing, vendors, technical partners, permits, risks, and on-site delivery. Translate creative concepts into executable plans while overseeing scenic, fabrication, AV, lighting, staging, and specialty technology.
