Own and improve Python-based production provisioning and test software for AI-enabled radar and sensing hardware. Build automation, backend services, APIs, diagnostics, monitoring, and production data collection while improving yield, reliability, test cycle time, and cost. Develops vendor and custom IP, integrates DMA and processor interfaces, implements radar signal-processing algorithms, and optimizes timing, latency, throughput, and resource utilization. The role includes hardware debugging, lab validation, FPGA/software integration, cross-functional collaboration with RF and embedded teams, and technical mentorship.

Own integrated software execution planning across engineering, AI/ML, DevSecOps, UI/UX, systems integration, product, program, test, and operations teams. Translate priorities into schedules, dependencies, milestones, release plans, and readiness criteria. Lead planning cadences, identify risks and resource conflicts, align stakeholders, escalate decisions, and improve execution predictability without direct authority.

Design, fabricate, integrate, and test mechanical components and electro-mechanical assemblies for radar and multi-sensor products. Build prototypes, troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues, create hardware documentation, support component procurement, and participate in lab testing, field deployments, and customer demonstrations. Collaborate with electrical, firmware, and systems engineers while using CAD, shop tools, wiring, soldering, and diagnostic methods.

Drive federal sales growth outside the Department of War by developing agency relationships, identifying missions for radar and sensing solutions, managing strategic accounts, and closing complex opportunities. Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract award, navigate federal acquisition and budgeting processes, build pipelines, partner with technical teams, and represent MatrixSpace at industry events. The role requires extensive federal technology sales experience, strong acquisition knowledge, and travel as needed.

Implement and productionize ML research into performant C++ and Python systems, build ML infrastructure and training pipelines, design LLM/agent applications, and deploy AI workloads across edge, near-edge, and cloud environments while collaborating with data science and engineering teams.

Build, operate, and secure AWS cloud environments to meet FedRAMP and government security standards. Integrate security into CI/CD, IaC, and deployment workflows; support authorizations, audits, vulnerability management, system hardening, and compliance documentation.
