Own integrated software execution planning across engineering, AI/ML, DevSecOps, UI/UX, systems integration, product, program, test, and operations teams. Translate priorities into schedules, dependencies, milestones, release plans, and readiness criteria. Lead planning cadences, identify risks and resource conflicts, align stakeholders, escalate decisions, and improve execution predictability without direct authority.

Drive federal sales growth outside the Department of War by developing agency relationships, identifying missions for radar and sensing solutions, managing strategic accounts, and closing complex opportunities. Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract award, navigate federal acquisition and budgeting processes, build pipelines, partner with technical teams, and represent MatrixSpace at industry events. The role requires extensive federal technology sales experience, strong acquisition knowledge, and travel as needed.

Implement and productionize ML research into performant C++ and Python systems, build ML infrastructure and training pipelines, design LLM/agent applications, and deploy AI workloads across edge, near-edge, and cloud environments while collaborating with data science and engineering teams.

Design and implement FPGA architectures and high-throughput data paths for radar sensing. Integrate vendor/custom IP, translate signal-processing algorithms to RTL, optimize timing/resource/throughput, debug hardware/software integration, and mentor engineering teams.

Build and optimize production embedded software in C/C++ for resource-constrained edge platforms. Deploy and profile AI/ML applications, work with Yocto/Linux kernel, integrate models with data science teams, and participate in architecture, testing, and performance tuning.

Design, build, and operate scalable data platforms and pipelines ingesting radar sensor data. Implement ingestion, transformation, enrichment, aggregation, and publishing workflows across relational, NoSQL, time-series, and lake/warehouse systems. Optimize PostgreSQL performance, ensure data quality, observability, and collaborate with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to enable AI and analytics.

Build, operate, and secure AWS cloud environments to meet FedRAMP and government security standards. Integrate security into CI/CD, IaC, and deployment workflows; support authorizations, audits, vulnerability management, system hardening, and compliance documentation.
