Own improvements to released radar products through hardware troubleshooting, root cause analysis, circuit and PCB redesign, component qualification, field testing, and performance validation. Investigate production and customer issues, analyze radar behavior and system interactions, improve manufacturing yield and diagnostics, and document engineering changes. Collaborate with software, firmware, RF, mechanical, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to deliver reliable corrective solutions.

Designs mechanical components and electro-mechanical assemblies for radar and multi-sensor products. Responsibilities span concept development, CAD modeling, detailed drawings, prototyping, testing, manufacturing support, documentation, and production transition. The role requires collaboration across mechanical, electrical, firmware, systems, supplier, and manufacturing teams, with occasional field testing and travel. Candidates need mechanical design experience, hands-on hardware skills, GD&T and tolerance stack-up knowledge, and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.

Own and improve Python-based production provisioning and test software for AI-enabled radar and sensing hardware. Build automation, backend services, APIs, diagnostics, monitoring, and production data collection while improving yield, reliability, test cycle time, and cost. Troubleshoot Linux, networks, containers, cloud systems, and connected hardware; support deployments and releases; introduce new products and tests; and partner with manufacturing and engineering teams onsite in Hoffman Estates with approximately 10% travel.
