Own integrated software execution planning across engineering, AI/ML, DevSecOps, UI/UX, systems integration, product, program, test, and operations teams. Translate priorities into schedules, dependencies, milestones, release plans, and readiness criteria. Lead planning cadences, identify risks and resource conflicts, align stakeholders, escalate decisions, and improve execution predictability without direct authority.

Design, fabricate, integrate, and test mechanical components and electro-mechanical assemblies for radar and multi-sensor products. Build prototypes, troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues, create hardware documentation, support component procurement, and participate in lab testing, field deployments, and customer demonstrations. Collaborate with electrical, firmware, and systems engineers while using CAD, shop tools, wiring, soldering, and diagnostic methods.

Drive federal sales growth outside the Department of War by developing agency relationships, identifying missions for radar and sensing solutions, managing strategic accounts, and closing complex opportunities. Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract award, navigate federal acquisition and budgeting processes, build pipelines, partner with technical teams, and represent MatrixSpace at industry events. The role requires extensive federal technology sales experience, strong acquisition knowledge, and travel as needed.
