Own and improve Python-based production provisioning and test software for AI-enabled radar and sensing hardware. Build automation, backend services, APIs, diagnostics, monitoring, and production data collection while improving yield, reliability, test cycle time, and cost. Design, develop, integrate, and test RF components and subsystems for radar applications. Responsibilities include antenna and RF hardware design, performance analysis, prototype evaluation, lab measurements, troubleshooting, field testing, and documenting improvements. The role collaborates across hardware, software, and systems engineering teams and requires hands-on RF test equipment experience, technical ownership, and onsite work in Hoffman Estates.

Designs FPGA architectures and high-throughput data paths for radar sensing systems. Develops vendor and custom IP, integrates DMA and processor interfaces, implements radar signal-processing algorithms, and optimizes timing, latency, throughput, and resource utilization. The role includes hardware debugging, lab validation, FPGA/software integration, cross-functional collaboration with RF and embedded teams, and technical mentorship.
