The Senior Computer Vision Engineer will develop vision-based AI algorithms, mentor junior engineers, and ensure project timelines are met, working closely with product managers and software engineers.

The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain software applications using Python, C#, C++, and Linux, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and user experience.

Assess, document, and improve business processes and controls across functions. Identify risks and inefficiencies, recommend control enhancements, support audits, develop KPIs, lead continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, create reports/dashboards, and drive change with stakeholders and IT.

Design, implement, and test embedded firmware for Atmel/AVR/SAM-based systems in RTOS and Linux environments. Lead engineering for advanced electric propulsion and power electronics, directing R&D, product development, validation, and cross-functional support. Set technical roadmap, manage teams and KPIs, ensure manufacturing readiness, resolve field and quality issues, and align engineering outputs with customer and business objectives in an on-site Fort Myers environment.
