Leads the accounting and financial function for a manufacturing operation, overseeing financial reporting, close processes, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, inventory and cost accounting, audits, internal controls, and compliance. The Controller also manages accounting staff and administrative personnel, strengthens payroll, purchasing, payables, inventory, and reporting processes, supports operational decision-making, and partners with executives, auditors, lenders, and manufacturing leaders to improve profitability and controls.

Leads the customer success, repair, and RMA function from product receipt through evaluation, repair, documentation, and return. Manages team priorities, workflows, accountability, customer escalations, and cross-functional coordination. Oversees failure-data collection and reporting to identify trends, support root-cause analysis, and improve product health. Coordinates with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Field Service on repair, credit, and customer issues.

Processes sales orders, verifies product, pricing, and shipping details, maintains customer and order records, communicates order status, resolves discrepancies, coordinates with sales, warehouse, shipping, and service teams, prepares documentation, requests credit updates, generates reports, and supports the Customer Success team.
