Operate and program multi-axis CNC machines to machine sputtering target materials; perform CMM dimensional inspection; manage buffing/polishing for surface roughness; design tooling, optimize processes and reduce cycle times; generate and optimize G-code using Esprit; provide technical leadership.

Develops, documents, and improves manufacturing processes for metal product lines; implements OPCs, routes and BOMs; investigates nonconformances and customer complaints; applies statistics to improve yields and costs; supports customers and production troubleshooting; identifies bottlenecks and recommends equipment or method changes; provides process training and collaborates with quality, sales, and engineering.

Two-year rotational early-career finance program with three 8-month rotations across accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, internal audit, and operations finance. Includes structured training, mentoring, exposure to finance leaders, and relocation support; participants identify a permanent finance role at program completion.
