Oversee customer-related quality assurance for refractory and alloy metals used in semiconductor and aerospace applications. Act as primary customer quality contact, support audits, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, maintain quality documentation/eQMS, train staff, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive continual improvement to meet AS9100D/ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Support and improve manufacturing processes to increase machine reliability, product quality, and reduce cost. Implement and maintain process control systems and Statistical Process Control, lead or support improvement projects, troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, and create operator training and standard operating procedures.

Design, implement, and optimize SAP solutions for Record-to-Report (R2R). Lead SAP FICO architecture and configuration, ensure integration with other modules and third-party systems, support data migration, testing, compliance (IFRS/GAAP/SOX), reporting, project delivery, training, and ongoing system maintenance and upgrades.
