Drive revenue growth within the SMB segment by building inbound and outbound pipeline, explaining product value, guiding prospects through efficient sales processes, and exceeding revenue targets. Manage customer relationships for renewals and upsells, develop scalable sales strategies, and collaborate with go-to-market teams and partners. The role requires security sales experience in early-stage B2B SaaS environments, strong communication, ownership, versatility, and ambition.

Own a portfolio of 12–18 technical customer accounts, driving onboarding, product adoption, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy. Provide advanced product expertise, lead complex deployments and escalations, conduct executive business reviews, develop success plans, communicate product roadmaps, and translate customer feedback for Product and Engineering. The role also helps mature the Customer Success organization and requires technical experience with security products, cloud email, identity platforms, SQL, code, and API integrations.

Own infrastructure reliability across GCP, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and hundreds of cloud projects. Build automation and software that eliminate toil, reduce manual on-call work, address latency and reliability trade-offs, and provide system health visibility. Lead infrastructure projects, define service-level objectives with product teams, improve reliability practices, and develop production systems for agent-first applications.

Own corporate detection and response, incident response, endpoint security, identity and SaaS security, Google Workspace governance, and corporate-to-production monitoring. Build LLM-driven security triage with measured evaluation, automate enforcement through vendor APIs, improve detection fidelity, and partner with engineering to ship security improvements. Manage Mac fleet security, phishing-resistant authentication, access reviews, DLP, OAuth governance, and containment playbooks.

Own the content marketing and editorial engine for Material Security’s cybersecurity category. Lead the blog, web content, research reports, executive thought leadership, and original workspace security research. Write and edit technical content, develop content-led campaigns, optimize content for SEO and AI search engines, and partner with product marketing, threat researchers, engineers, founders, and demand generation. Measure pipeline influence, citations, engagement, and content performance.
