The Senior Technical Customer Success Manager will manage customer relationships, drive product adoption, and handle technical challenges in a SaaS environment, especially in cybersecurity.

Build and scale a VAR and reseller partner ecosystem: recruit, onboard, and enable partners; generate partner-sourced pipeline; accelerate partner-influenced deals with direct sales; run partner enablement, QBRs, and joint business planning; track partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.

Develop and maintain security-focused products for Google Workspace and M365 using TypeScript, Node, React, Kubernetes, and GCP (BigQuery, Datastore). Implement secure SDLC practices (Git, code reviews, CI/CD, TDD), participate in design and architecture, handle on-call monitoring (Sentry, PagerDuty), triage production issues, and support customer-facing high-priority requests.
