Manage and optimize Google App Campaigns to scale mobile app growth with a focus on post-install metrics (activation, retention, revenue). Run 2-4 experiments weekly on creatives, audiences, and bidding, use AI tools for execution and insights, collaborate with designers, and submit weekly reports with data-driven recommendations while maintaining low CPI and high-quality users.

Design and implement a remote-first operating system to improve execution, accountability, hiring, onboarding, reporting, experimentation, and decision-making. Build business and role-level scorecards, improve hiring and onboarding workflows, define KPIs, streamline knowledge transfer and collaboration, identify AI efficiency opportunities, and implement measurable improvements to reduce founder dependency.

Lead mobile-app growth through data-driven experiments to improve activation, time-to-first-print, retention (D7/D30), and revenue. Design and run frequent A/B tests, analyze results using Mixpanel/Firebase, build user personas, collaborate with designers and developers, and document experiments and learnings in Confluence to create a scalable experimentation system.
