Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, plant operators, superintendents, contractors, and vendors to improve recovery, reduce operating costs, maintain compliance, and execute concurrent facility upgrades and expansion projects.

Identifies and gathers information for pending AFEs and wells, assembles division order files, processes interest decks in Enertia, maintains Excel tracking logs, scans and organizes documentation, and supports audits, mail-outs, special projects, 1099 and escheat research, and Division Order Analysts. Requires oil and gas experience, strong organization, communication, integrity, and proficiency with office software.

Supports midstream regulatory operations by compiling data and submitting permit applications for gas, water, and crude oil activities. Maintains compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, tracks deadlines, communicates with regulatory agencies, monitors regulatory changes, and organizes technical permitting files. The role requires oil and gas regulatory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
