Develop, optimize, scale, and oversee biotech manufacturing processes for Monocyte Activation Test kits. The role manages batch production, reagent preparation, quality control, process validation, data analysis, GMP and ISO compliance, technology transfer, troubleshooting, and manufacturing automation. It also supports deviation investigations, collaborates with R&D, QA, QC, and Regulatory teams, and trains production personnel. Strong immunology expertise and hands-on experience with PBMC isolation, cellular assays, ELISA, and flow cytometry are required.

Lead quality control optimization, validation, testing, compliance, data analysis, and team training for in vitro immunology products. Perform PBMC, cellular, ELISA, flow cytometry, endotoxin, sterility, and bioburden testing under GMP and pharmacopoeial standards. Manage audits, method validation, CAPAs, deviations, documentation, troubleshooting, and collaboration with R&D and production teams.
