Conduct immunology research, laboratory testing, cell-based assays, and analytical experiments supporting assay optimization and biotech product development. Analyze experimental data, prepare scientific reports, maintain traceable documentation, follow SOPs and quality standards, and contribute to QA/QC, regulatory documentation, manufacturing support, and workflow improvement. Collaborate with scientists and technicians in a hands-on scale-up environment, with potential client-facing scientific support and occasional business travel.

Lead immunology-focused R&D, product development, manufacturing support, QA/QC, regulatory compliance, and laboratory process improvement. Design and execute cell-based and analytical assays, maintain data integrity, prepare scientific reports, supervise scientists and technicians, and train clients in MAT testing. The role requires extensive immunology expertise, hands-on PBMC, ELISA, and flow cytometry experience, strong quality-system knowledge, and leadership in a biotech scale-up environment.

Lead automation strategy across biotech R&D and manufacturing, developing and optimizing automated assays and integrated workflows. Manage AutoMATR robotic systems, liquid handlers, instrumentation, data integrity, SOPs, troubleshooting, maintenance, and client-site installations. Train colleagues and clients, analyze scientific data, and implement computational, AI, and machine-learning solutions. The role requires immunology and biotechnology expertise, assay development experience, programming skills, and occasional travel.
