Monitor Tier 1 and intervention instruction, drive curriculum and assessment coherence aligned to NJSLS, and support inclusive practices for multilingual learners and students with IEPs.

Lead and manage the post-secondary team to deliver college and career readiness: track outcome data, ensure graduation requirements, implement dual enrollment and internships, coordinate assessments and exposure experiences, coach staff, engage families, and align strategy with the network Postsecondary team to support successful student transitions.

Teach and support K-12 students as a Resident Teacher in a multi-year program: deliver small-group and whole-group instruction, implement Mastery curricula, attend frequent coaching and coursework, complete NJ certification and graduate coursework, analyze student data, communicate with families, and commit to at least three years of service following the Residency.

Lead implementation of the school culture model to create a safe, inclusive, achievement-focused environment. Manage culture team, student discipline via restorative practices, extracurricular programs, family/community engagement, teacher coaching on classroom management, crisis prevention/de-escalation, and alignment of culture strategies with academic goals to improve attendance, behavior, and school climate.

Lead instructional coaching, supervise teachers, coordinate assessments and data-driven interventions, support school culture and family engagement, manage administrative tasks like testing schedules and absenteeism, and support principal in improving academic outcomes.

Lead Case Manager oversees IEPs and 504 plans, ensures compliance with state/federal special education laws, conducts FBAs and PBSPs, leads intervention teams, mentors students, trains staff, coordinates related service providers, and monitors student progress.
