Support implementation and coordination of Multilingual Learner instruction across network schools through coaching, professional development, data collection and analysis, compliance management, curriculum/resource development, family and community workshops, and cross-office communication to ensure state and federal policy adherence and student success.

Lead Case Manager oversees IEPs and 504 plans, ensures compliance with state/federal special education laws, conducts FBAs and PBSPs, leads intervention teams, mentors students, trains staff, coordinates related service providers, and monitors student progress.

Residents receive mentorship, weekly training, complete certification coursework, teach small and whole groups, analyze assessment data, collaborate with lead teachers, engage families, and transition to a lead teacher role after successful completion.

Lead implementation of standards-aligned STEM instruction across Camden schools, focusing on science with ties to math and technology. Provide coaching, professional development, data-driven decision support, and system-level guidance to teachers and assistant principals. Monitor Tier 1 and intervention instruction, drive curriculum and assessment coherence aligned to NJSLS, and support inclusive practices for multilingual learners and students with IEPs.
