Manage individualized education plans for K–6 students with disabilities, deliver research-based special education interventions, monitor student progress, analyze assessment data, and adjust instruction. Collaborate with school leaders, grade-level teams, families, and related-service personnel to support student achievement and inclusion in general education settings. Develop rigorous lessons and assessments, communicate regularly with families, participate in professional development, and contribute to a positive, continuously improving school environment.

Lead network-wide enrollment and service operations across multiple schools, managing Directors of Enrollment and Food Services. Design scalable systems, oversee vendor performance and compliance, use data to drive recruitment and retention, build operational infrastructure, partner cross-functionally, and lead continuous improvement and change management to meet enrollment and service goals.

Oversee all non-academic school operations including assessments, procurement, payroll, enrollment, communications, budgeting, logistics, compliance, safety, facilities, transportation, scheduling, and administrative staff supervision to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant school functioning that supports student learning.

Lead Case Manager oversees IEPs and 504 plans, ensures compliance with state/federal special education laws, conducts FBAs and PBSPs, leads intervention teams, mentors students, trains staff, coordinates related service providers, and monitors student progress.

Teach and support K-12 students as a Resident Teacher in a multi-year program: deliver small-group and whole-group instruction, implement Mastery curricula, attend frequent coaching and coursework, complete NJ certification and graduate coursework, analyze student data, communicate with families, and commit to at least three years of service following the Residency.

Join a multi-year teacher residency supporting K-12 students through coached, gradual on-ramp teaching. Residents receive mentorship, weekly training, complete certification coursework, teach small and whole groups, analyze assessment data, collaborate with lead teachers, engage families, and transition to a lead teacher role after successful completion.
