Lead day-to-day digital and social communications for a K–12 charter network: manage social channels and analytics, oversee website content and SEO, produce and optimize video content, write and edit multi-channel copy, maintain brand standards, and coordinate integrated campaigns and stakeholder engagement across schools.

Lead and manage a schoolramework for specialized services including special education, 504, EL services, and academic/SEL interventions. Supervise staff, coordinate IEP/504 processes and evaluations, ensure legal compliance, implement interventions, and serve on school leadership to drive student achievement.

Lead design and implementation of an inclusive instructional framework and special education service model across the network. Build educator and leader capacity through professional learning, coaching, and implementation tools. Ensure compliance with IDEA/LRE, integrate special education within MTSS, develop accountability measures, and directly supervise Specialized Services leaders while partnering with school and network leadership to improve inclusive outcomes for students with disabilities.
