Leads specialized student services at a K–12 school, overseeing special education, 504 plans, interventions, English learner services, evaluations, IEP compliance, social work, and mental health partnerships. Supervises specialized services staff, conducts staff evaluations and special education meetings, ensures classroom accommodations, and supports school leadership in fostering student achievement.

Supports employee relations, engagement, retention, performance reviews, investigations, onboarding, and career development across assigned campuses. Provides HR guidance to employees and leaders, analyzes HR metrics, supports HRIS processes, ensures policy and employment-law compliance, and manages employee-experience projects. The role requires frequent travel between campuses and collaboration with HR leadership to promote equitable, supportive workplaces.
