Freelance AI Project Reviewer evaluates learner submissions against detailed rubrics, makes consistent pass/fail judgments, and provides constructive written feedback. The reviewer collaborates with product and learning design teams to refine assessment criteria, compares human and AI evaluations for calibration, and documents reasoning to support consistency. This temporary role averages approximately 20 hours per week and requires independent work, strong written communication, and at least five years of assessment or educational feedback experience.

Lead end-to-end cross-functional programs from development through launch, coordinating Content, Marketing, Product, Production and Legal. Manage timelines, risks, and deliveries for courses and campaigns, improve operational processes, document scalable workflows, and leverage AI and automation to increase efficiency. Also develop integrated go-to-market strategies, write creative briefs, partner with talent and stakeholders, and use audience insights and experimentation to optimize campaign performance.

Lead creative strategy and execution for MasterClass Certificates across trailers, promos, social, lifecycle marketing, and presentations. Direct video, design, and copy work, use AI in production, collaborate cross-functionally, present to senior stakeholders, and maintain brand voice and visual standards.
