Leads the CPCO’s office by coordinating strategic priorities, executive briefings, cross-functional initiatives, stakeholder engagement, communications, and follow-through. The role tracks risks, dependencies, and accountability across the People and Culture function; prepares Board and executive materials; manages confidential matters; and supports strategic planning and organizational effectiveness. It requires exceptional judgment, communication, discretion, relationship management, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed organization.

Leads the Foundation’s incident management and investigations function, covering fraud, safeguarding, abuse, misconduct, and program integrity matters. Develops policies, investigation methodologies, and response frameworks; oversees incident intake, investigations, remediation, root-cause analysis, reporting, and post-incident reviews. Coordinates with Legal, IT Security, Compliance, HR, Programs, Communications, external consultants, safeguarding bodies, and law enforcement. Builds organizational capability through training, team leadership, governance reporting, and promotion of an ethical risk culture.
