Leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of large-scale market systems and development programs. Builds partnerships among government, NGO, and private-sector stakeholders through influence, negotiation, and strategic collaboration. Oversees capacity building, technical assistance, impact measurement, advocacy, and program reporting while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, budgets, timelines, and sustainable development outcomes.

Leads execution of the Senegal/WAEMU entrepreneurship portfolio, managing partner performance, delivery risks, planning, coordination, reporting, and learning. Provides technical leadership on entrepreneurship, MSME development, inclusive finance, market systems, enterprise growth, and investment readiness. Builds multi-stakeholder relationships across West Africa, drives adaptive management, resolves bottlenecks, and uses evidence to improve outcomes for young people, especially young women.

Provides executive administrative support to the Country Director, including calendar and travel management, meeting and event coordination, correspondence, documentation, expense processing, budget support, and stakeholder communication. The role coordinates global activities, prepares agendas and minutes, tracks action items, maintains databases and reports, and supports other executive administrators. Success requires strong organization, communication, discretion, cultural awareness, bilingual French and English proficiency, and experience supporting senior executives in a global organization.
