Lead design and implementation of agrifood and agri-finance programs across WAEMU countries. Provide sector expertise, identify system constraints, manage programs and teams, engage partners and stakeholders, inform strategy and thought leadership on youth employment, and ensure cross-program synergies and learning capture.

Coordinate design and rollout of partner accompaniment and engagement frameworks, manage partner onboarding and capacity-strengthening activities, track monitoring and evaluation, support partner feedback and surveys, maintain tools and directories, and coordinate cross-functional teams to improve partner experience and program outcomes.

Lead and coordinate foundation-wide programming processes, standards, and capacity building. Drive process improvement, quality assurance, and consistency across program implementation. Oversee governance of program policies, tools, and templates; measure effectiveness with Program Finance; design and deliver capability building via trainings and Program Academy; manage cross-functional alignment and partner experience to scale programs across multiple African countries.
