Represent Master Builders Solutions in Adelaide and regional South Australia by promoting products, managing key accounts, delivering technical support and training, supporting RFPs/tenders, participating in industry events, resolving on-site issues, and using Salesforce to track opportunities.

Lead the Danish sales organization for construction chemicals, manage a team of three, grow key accounts, develop and execute sales and marketing plans, align with Operations/SCM and Nordic leadership, oversee pricing, agreements, and training, and ensure legal compliance and business performance.

Serve as primary contact for customers in southern Sweden, strengthening long-term relationships, providing technical concrete expertise, identifying growth opportunities through site visits and market monitoring, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions and ensure a smooth handover from the retiring colleague.

Manage IT infrastructure, applications and assets across France, Benelux, UK and Ireland. Provide hands-on user support, coordinate suppliers, lead IT projects and migrations, ensure information security and compliance with group policies, and contribute to budget planning and continuous improvement.

Analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of group entities; support preparation of consolidated financial statements; maintain accounting and reporting guidelines; monitor IFRS compliance; ensure timely reporting and internal control compliance; act as contact for external auditors during audits.

Lead global process and technology standards for multi-site chemical manufacturing. Define process designs, technical specifications, CAPEX estimates, and support engineering projects, commissioning, and continuous improvement while ensuring HSE alignment and cross-functional collaboration.

Promote and provide technical sales support for construction and mining products. Manage key accounts, deliver product training and on-site technical assistance, resolve customer issues, attend industry events, and work with internal teams to drive specification, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Operate and maintain production machinery and tools after training, follow SOPs and safety procedures, meet production targets, perform quality checks, work as part of a team, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
