To address today’s challenges as well as tomorrow’s new opportunities, we are looking for a Product Regulatory Specialist (M/F) on a permanent contract.

The position reports to the Group Operations Head and will be based at our Lisses site (France) ).

Main Areas of responsibilities and Key Activities:

Process & Technology

  • Act as global technical expert for manufacturing processes.
  • Define & maintain Group process standards (process design, equipment, utilities).
  • Support continuous improvement, process robustness and industrial performance.
  • Capitalize & deploy best practices across sites.

Technical Specifications & Industrial Projects

  • Define technical needs & specifications for new plants, expansions & revamps.
  • Support feasibility studies, engineering phases, supplier technical evaluations and commissioning.
  • Ensure alignment of technology choices with safety, quality and operational objectives.

CAPEX Budgeting & Reporting

  • Build CAPEX cost estimates for Operations projects.
  • Contribute to investment business cases in collaboration with Finance and local Operations.
  • Track, consolidate and report on CAPEX spending, risks and deviations.
  • Support CAPEX governance and investment review processes.

Global Collaboration

  • Work closely with local operations, Engineering, R&D, Procurement and finance teams worldwide.
  • Support and guide local teams in the application of Group technology standards.

Holder of a Master's degree in chemical, mechanical, process/materials/process engineering or equivalent, you have 8 years of experience in industrial environments (chemistry, formulation specialties). You have proven experience in the design of industrial processes and CAPEX projects in an international multi-site environment.

You have a solid background in chemical engineering/industrial processes and equipment.

You have a good ability to define process flows, technical specifications and design standards.

You have a good understanding of CAPEX estimation and financial fundamentals.

You are familiar with the requirements of industrial HSE and engineering best practices. You have a good anlytic mind and are structured. You have strong problem-solving skills.

You are results-oriented, and are able to link technical decisions to financial performance.

You have a collaborative spirit with a strong intercultural awareness.

English and French Fluent

Skills Required

  • Master's degree in chemical, mechanical, process, materials, or equivalent engineering
  • 8 years of experience in industrial environments (chemistry, formulation specialties)
  • Proven experience designing industrial processes and managing CAPEX projects in an international multi-site environment
  • Solid background in chemical engineering, industrial processes, and equipment
  • Ability to define process flows, technical specifications and design standards
  • Good understanding of CAPEX estimation and financial fundamentals
  • Familiarity with industrial HSE requirements and engineering best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
