Provides administrative and program support for DOT compliance activities, including driver qualification, drug and alcohol testing, operator qualifications, training, audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance tracking. Coordinates communications between internal teams and third-party vendors, monitors deadlines and outstanding items, prepares reports and spreadsheets, supports audits, and maintains confidential employee and company information.

Manages small to mid-scale construction projects through all lifecycle phases. Plans and reports project performance, manages risks and mitigation plans, coordinates self-performed and subcontracted work, ensures safety and quality compliance, oversees resources, and supports continuous improvement of project management methods and processes.

Installs, modifies, and customizes fleet vehicles with equipment such as toolboxes, shelving, lighting, ladder racks, decals, GPS systems, and safety accessories. Interprets work orders and technical diagrams, performs inspections, troubleshoots installations, maintains service records, and assists with fleet maintenance and parts delivery. Oversees estimate development, bid strategy, cost modeling, risk evaluation, proposal delivery, and bid/no-bid decisions. Manages estimating teams, partners with operations and business development, reviews contracts and engineering documents, develops pricing and contingencies, and supports negotiations, forecasting, and project turnover.

Leads divisional finance strategy, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, risk management, and performance reporting. Partners with business leaders and cross-functional teams to support decisions, improve processes, optimize costs, and identify growth opportunities. Ensures financial compliance, develops a high-performing finance team, and communicates results to senior leadership. Travel to Northern California is required, with 20%–25% travel expected.
