Supports project lifecycle administration, including MRP work order and production-unit entry, timesheet and payroll processing, purchase requisitions, subcontractor accruals, invoicing, purchase order monitoring, financial meetings, and project closeout. Maintains project documentation, vendor closeouts, accounts receivable aging, and final billing while communicating effectively and working collaboratively.

Plans and designs overhead and underground electrical distribution projects, including construction plans, drawings, material requirements, cost estimates, and pole-loading compliance. Reviews field data, coordinates with clients and agencies, checks designs, manages multiple projects, supports site meetings, and recommends process improvements. Requires knowledge of power delivery standards, energized distribution facilities, and relevant drafting and structural analysis software.

Leads the West Region technical services organization supporting utility and infrastructure customers. Oversees engineering, planning, design, estimating, surveying, consulting, project execution, budgets, staffing, performance metrics, client relationships, proposals, business development, and profitability. Provides technical guidance and coordinates multidisciplinary utility programs involving electric transmission and distribution, gas, communications, and construction support. Requires extensive utility industry and leadership experience, with regional travel.
