Manage planning, coordination, and safe delivery of construction schemes from the Podington depot. Support supervisors, oversee operatives, manage RAMS and H&S, control documents and materials, monitor budgets and resources, attend client meetings, and lead people processes including PDRs, pay reviews, investigations, and training.

Carry out general civils work on highways including sign and lantern installation, duct laying, cabling, excavations, chamber construction and cabinet/feeder pillar builds. Work safely on high-speed roads, identify site risks, provide solutions, follow MSF HSEQ policies and use the Eyes and Ears App to report issues. Work from the Podington depot and be site-based with possible night shifts and away-from-home work.

Manage and coordinate civils projects from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with specifications, health and safety, budgets and schedules. Produce RAMS and job packs, manage resources, supervise operatives, control changes and documentation, conduct site audits and toolbox talks, and support procurement and client relations.

Operate HGVs and heavy plant (grab wagons, HIABs) on highways civil engineering projects. Support duct laying, cabling, lighting/sign erection, excavation and reinstatement. Perform mechanical excavation and manual trenching, install feeder pillars/cabinets and utility chambers. Follow HSEQ procedures, identify and report risks, attend training, and work flexible shifts including nights and away from home as required.

Operate HGVs and heavy plant (grab wagons, HIABs) on highways civil engineering projects; perform excavation, lifting, materials transport, duct laying, cabling, lighting/sign erection, and reinstatement; follow HSEQ procedures, report risks, and support site installation and manual trenching as required.

Install, test, inspect and maintain street lighting and street furniture electrical infrastructure. Duties include SWA terminations, cable pulling and jointing, fault finding, electrical surveys, testing with certification, liaising with clients, completing paperwork, and following HSEQ procedures. Role requires travel between sites, occasional night work and overnight stays.
