Responsibilities include designing scalable distributed systems, developing integrations, writing tested and maintainable code, monitoring service reliability, and collaborating with engineering, testing, and product teams. The role requires backend development experience with Java or Kotlin, REST APIs, cloud platforms, and service-based or event-driven architectures.

Provide first-line and advanced IT support for a distributed team, troubleshooting hardware, software, access, and account issues. Administer Google Workspace, identity platforms, SaaS tools, devices, permissions, onboarding, and offboarding. Manage IT inventory, suppliers, licenses, and documentation while partnering with Security on compliance. Use AI and automation to improve support workflows, investigate recurring issues, and create self-service resources.

Manage end-to-end payroll administration across multiple jurisdictions, oversee expense platforms (Expensify, Navan), handle corporate card reconciliation and VAT coding, prepare pension and P11D-related files, support tax/audit requests, run supplier payment cycles, and serve as primary employee contact for payroll and expense queries.

Lead legal work for major public procurements and complex customer contracts, from initial review through negotiation and signature. Draft and negotiate SaaS, licensing, professional services, data processing, partnership, reseller, and NDA agreements. Advise on privacy, data protection, intellectual property, licensing, and cross-jurisdictional commercial matters. Partner with the CEO, CFO, CPO, and General Counsel to assess risk and support business decisions.
