Manage end-to-end payroll administration across multiple jurisdictions, oversee expense platforms (Expensify, Navan), handle corporate card reconciliation and VAT coding, prepare pension and P11D-related files, support tax/audit requests, run supplier payment cycles, and serve as primary employee contact for payroll and expense queries.

Partners with Business Development to shape technical sales strategies for transit agencies. Leads discovery workshops, demos, RFP responses, solution design, Statements of Work, and procurement documentation. Translates customer needs into implementable solutions, coordinates with Product, Engineering, PMO, and Delivery, identifies product gaps, and supports post-sale handoff. The role requires connecting APIs, data models, integrations, and platform capabilities to complex enterprise or public-sector customer requirements.

Build and launch Salesforce Service Cloud to replace Freshdesk across customer support. Responsibilities include case management, routing, automations, integrations with Jira, PagerDuty, Slack, and AppFollow, reporting dashboards, data migration, Experience Cloud knowledge capabilities, Agentforce configuration, deployment, training, hypercare, and documentation.
