Senior technical leader on the Architecture team shaping platform blueprint, standards and roadmap. Design and deliver scalable, resilient cloud services, review and contribute code, solve platform scalability/performance/cost challenges, support RFP scoping, produce architecture artifacts, and influence engineering practices across teams.

Manage a portfolio of UK transport operator and authority accounts, own day-to-day success and long-term outcomes, handle escalations and onboarding, run training and reviews, use product usage data to spot risks and opportunities, feed customer insight to Product/Engineering, and identify growth opportunities with Account Managers.

Lead delivery and ongoing development of native iOS, Android and Web passenger applications. Split role between hands-on engineering (design, implementation, code review, SDK/API integration) and people leadership (coaching, 1:1s, performance feedback), release management, rollout planning and stakeholder communication to keep releases predictable and support team growth.
