Fixed-term (12 months) Marketing Manager to execute and localize B2B SaaS marketing across the UK, Spain, and Italy. Responsible for demand generation, account-based campaigns, events, webinars, content creation, sales collaboration, and regional PR to drive pipeline and regional presence.

Senior technical leader on the Architecture team shaping platform blueprint, standards and roadmap. Design and deliver scalable, resilient cloud services, review and contribute code, solve platform scalability/performance/cost challenges, support RFP scoping, produce architecture artifacts, and influence engineering practices across teams.

Own day-to-day People Operations for a distributed workforce: handle onboarding/offboarding, employee queries, contracts, benefits, HR systems, payroll inputs and vendor coordination. Partner on performance reviews, engagement, compensation cycles and compliance. Build and improve processes, maintain people data (BambooHR), and scale People Operations through automation and better workflows to improve employee experience.
