Own and deliver ETO projects from award through customer acceptance: manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality; coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, QA, and Logistics; ensure production readiness, shipping, and commissioning handoff; maintain customer communication and report project financials and status to leadership.

Lead the mechanical engineering discipline for MAS liquid cooling products, owning mechanical architecture, design governance, validation strategy, and product technical performance. Manage and develop engineering staff, establish engineering standards, drive DFM/DFS initiatives, oversee component selection and validation labs, and collaborate cross-functionally to launch and improve CDU, RDHx, AALC, and future platforms.

Oversee general accounting operations including GL maintenance, month/quarter/year-end close, fixed assets and intercompany reconciliations, payroll entries, variance analysis, audit and tax support, and implement process improvements.

Create 3D models and 2D drawings of HVAC equipment using SolidWorks; produce manufacturing packages, shop drawings, BOMs, assembly and installation/operation manuals; manage revisions and collaborate with engineering to ensure manufacturable designs.

Lead mechanical designer responsible for creating complex 3D models, sheet‑metal designs, and complete manufacturing packages for HVAC and thermal cooling systems. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing, manage design data and BOMs, develop production/installation manuals, mentor junior designers, and ensure manufacturability and documentation accuracy.

Supervise production shift activities for HVAC fabrication, manage and coach production staff, ensure schedules and quality standards are met, enforce safety and OSHA compliance, troubleshoot production issues, lead process improvement, and coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain while maintaining production records.

Support HVAC sales and engineering by selecting and validating equipment, preparing technical proposals and submittals, coordinating cross-functional teams, resolving technical issues with customers and vendors, and ensuring smooth handoff to production engineering. Maintain application standards and provide continuous improvement feedback.

Support production by managing projects from release to completion, creating manufacturing packages and shop drawings, purchasing and vendor management, providing shop support, optimizing sheet metal designs, leading continuous improvement, and supporting sales for successful HVAC installations.

Manage supplier quality through audits, qualification, SCARs, root cause analysis, PPAP review, supplier onboarding, corrective action tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to improve supplier performance and ensure QMS compliance.

Supervise and coach production teams to meet schedules, quality, and safety standards in an HVAC manufacturing environment. Manage troubleshooting, process improvements, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to minimize downtime and boost efficiency.

Lead design, integration, and programming of control systems for liquid cooling OEM products. Develop hardware architectures, program PLC/HMI/PC control logic, test and debug prototypes, create electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget while mentoring junior engineers.

Provide remote and onsite technical troubleshooting for HVAC and liquid cooling control systems, modify control logic and setpoints, coordinate service and warranty activities, support escalations and root-cause investigations, maintain case records, and contribute to training and product improvement.

Design, prototype, and test HVAC components and systems. Lead projects from concept to production, create manufacturing drawings and manuals, source materials, work hands-on in manufacturing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with listing agencies and standards.

Lead strategy, administration, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise business applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, BI). Own roadmap, governance, vendor relationships, integrations, projects, user support, data quality, and team leadership across three locations to drive adoption and operational efficiency.

Lead and develop production engineering and drafting teams to deliver manufacturing 2D/3D packages. Ensure manufacturability, enforce ECO/PLM processes, drive KPIs (OTR, FPY, ECO rate), lead Lean/value engineering initiatives, partner cross-functionally to meet delivery commitments, and reduce cost/rework through continuous improvement.

Lead and develop the mechanical design and drafting team, own CAD infrastructure and PDM/Vault, establish drawing standards and release processes, drive CAD-ERP integration and manufacturing documentation, and ensure design quality, manufacturability, and revision control.

Support production of thermal management and HVAC components by bridging design and manufacturing. Create manufacturing packages, shop drawings, and assembly instructions; lead DFM, troubleshoot production issues, manage vendors, drive continuous improvement to improve yield, cycle time, and quality, and support sales and production teams through design reviews and corrective actions.

Lead cross-functional new product development projects for air-cooling technologies from concept to launch. Create project plans, manage schedules, budgets, risks, and resources; coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and marketing; run stage-gate reviews; maintain documentation and reporting; ensure design-for-manufacturability and regulatory/quality alignment.

Lead enterprise-wide strategic sourcing and supplier management for key manufacturing commodities. Develop category strategies, negotiate contracts, ensure supply continuity, support NPI and scaling, drive cost reduction and VAVE programs, mentor a sourcing team, and partner with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to align sourcing with production and growth objectives in the data center industry.

Lead Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering across multiple sites, driving standard work, DFM/DFA, fabrication excellence, automation strategy, and lean transformations to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost while developing engineering leadership and launch readiness.
