Supervise production shift activities for HVAC fabrication, manage and coach production staff, ensure schedules and quality standards are met, enforce safety and OSHA compliance, troubleshoot production issues, lead process improvement, and coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain while maintaining production records.

Develop and maintain quality systems and standards; write work instructions and inspection protocols; perform QA testing, statistical analysis, PFMEA, DOE, and process validations; lead CAPA/NCR investigations; support design verification/validation, supplier audits, and ISO 9001 compliance; collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and monitor CTQ parameters.

Develop, program, and optimize CNC programs and sheet-metal nests for laser, punch, and press-brake equipment. Support fabrication operations with troubleshooting, revision control, and production priorities while driving continuous improvement in nesting, setup reduction, and file management.
