Lead product strategy and execution for heat rejection solutions (chillers, dry coolers, adiabatic and fluid coolers) serving data centers and mission-critical environments. Drive roadmap, market analysis, product requirements, NPD from concept to launch, cross-functional alignment with engineering, sales, and operations, and monitor lifecycle performance and margins.

Supervise production shift activities for HVAC fabrication, manage and coach production staff, ensure schedules and quality standards are met, enforce safety and OSHA compliance, troubleshoot production issues, lead process improvement, and coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain while maintaining production records.
