Creates complex 3D HVAC equipment models, sheet metal designs, blueprints, and manufacturing packages using SolidWorks and 2D CAD. Oversees shop drawings, assembly instructions, bills of materials, engineering changes, and configuration data. Collaborates with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure manufacturability, documentation accuracy, and compliance. Develops installation, operation, and maintenance manuals while supporting shop-floor troubleshooting and design validation.

The SIOP Analyst develops demand forecasts and translates them into supply, production, capacity, and inventory plans for commercial HVAC products. The role coordinates Sales, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and suppliers; monitors inventory and capacity risks; supports monthly SIOP governance; and builds dashboards tracking forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, backlog, and utilization. The analyst also performs root-cause analysis and supports scenario modeling, continuous improvement, annual operating plans, and capacity investment planning.
