Support production by managing projects from release to completion, creating manufacturing packages and shop drawings, purchasing and vendor management, providing shop support, optimizing sheet metal designs, leading continuous improvement, and supporting sales for successful HVAC installations.

Manage supplier quality through audits, qualification, SCARs, root cause analysis, PPAP review, supplier onboarding, corrective action tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to improve supplier performance and ensure QMS compliance.

Serve as the onsite first point of contact, manage front desk and visitor experience, maintain office facilities and supplies, support onboarding and scheduling, coordinate vendors and meeting logistics, manage mail and the eVoice system, and participate in employee engagement activities.
