Leads advanced manufacturing engineering, new product launches, process development, automation, Industry 4.0 deployment, capital equipment projects, and MES strategy. Manages and develops engineering staff while coordinating with design, program management, operations, IT, and plant teams. Establishes scalable manufacturing processes, oversees product and process transfers, supports multi-site technology deployment, and ensures safety, ergonomics, capability, and production readiness before handoff to sustaining operations.

Leads the manufacturing engineering function and technical team across thermal equipment product lines. Owns NPI process readiness, manufacturability, tooling, plant layout, process qualification, documentation, safety, and continuous improvement. Drives Lean initiatives, automation, Industry 4.0 adoption, capital planning, bottleneck elimination, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Design, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Develop and execute strategic sourcing and category strategies for data center liquid-cooling components. Build supplier intelligence, manage strategic supplier relationships, lead negotiations, reduce total costs, and mitigate supply-chain risks. Partner with Engineering, Product Development, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to influence product design, sourcing, manufacturability, supplier performance, capacity, quality, delivery, and long-term supply continuity.
