Lead Applications Engineering and drive process maturity across engineering from sales handoff through production. Improve handoffs, standardize processes and templates, coach engineering leaders, partner cross-functionally, and implement continuous improvements to increase quality, efficiency, and predictability.

Fabricate, braze, solder, and assemble refrigeration and piping components per blueprints; perform pressure testing, leak detection, and system prep; install valves and components; inspect joints for code compliance; document work and follow safety and refrigerant handling rules.

Oversee general accounting operations including GL maintenance, month/quarter/year-end close, fixed assets and intercompany reconciliations, payroll entries, variance analysis, audit and tax support, and implement process improvements.
