Leads operations and strategic execution for a revenue and community-prosperity division. Establishes operating cadences, scorecards, reporting, and accountability; oversees operations, administration, marketing, communications, government affairs, and community engagement. Personally manages complex community, economic-development, and capital projects from concept through completion while coordinating revenue teams and external partners. Requires strong operational leadership, project delivery, community-development expertise, staff management, data orientation, and sound judgment.

Lead Maryville's earned-revenue engine (workforce, corporate & continuing education, credentialing, and consulting services). Own P&L, build multi-year business plans, grow employer and industry partnerships, scale MaryvilleWORKS and Maryville Solutions, and partner on commercialization. Drive financial, operational, and team performance to meet revenue, margin, and enrollment goals.

Manage Maryville University's social media channels, create platform-specific content (graphics, photo, short-form video), support community management, collaborate with campus partners, assist paid social campaigns, measure performance with analytics, and provide event coverage including occasional evenings/weekends.
