Leads registration and graduation operations, supervising academic records and enrollment staff. Provides escalation support for registration, grades, scheduling, graduation, and student records issues; ensures data accuracy, policy compliance, and process quality. Collaborates across university departments, trains staff, performs data analysis, supports commencement activities, participates in policy committees, and oversees reporting, case resolution, knowledge articles, and quality assurance.

Directs the clinical education program for a physical therapy academic program. Coordinates university and clinical-site communication, plans and assesses clinical experiences, prepares and advises students, monitors student progress, evaluates performance, develops clinical faculty, maintains site agreements and documentation, manages EXXAT placements, updates the clinical handbook, and ensures compliance with university, CAPTE, HLC, legal, and NC-SARA requirements.

Lead and grow the Bascom Honors Program by shaping curriculum, signature experiences, service-learning, and student community. Advise and mentor students, partner with enrollment, stewardship, advancement, and international programs, and represent the program internally and externally.
