Maryland Safe Haven

Baltimore Safe Haven is a Black-led, community-rooted nonprofit serving individuals and families in Baltimore who face severe barriers to stability. Founded in 2018, it provides housing-stability assistance, wraparound health services, structured case management, and broader community support. The organization is a 501(c)(3) and Baltimore City Continuum of Care partner focused on helping people move out of housing instability and survival mode.
