Manage a 150–200 donor portfolio of $5,000–$10,000 givers: qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward gifts. Meet fundraising metrics, conduct donor visits, support events, use Raiser's Edge NXT for records, and represent the organization at public engagements.

Lead design and execution of annual fundraising and stewardship plans for mid-level donors (up to $4,999), manage recurring-donor programs and campaign-specific peer-to-peer efforts, track and analyze donor engagement, support fundraising platforms and gift coding, and collaborate with Individual and Major Gifts to move donors through the pipeline.
