Coordinates the full grant lifecycle, including applications, award kickoffs, timelines, reporting, invoicing, amendments, funder communications, and closeout. Serves as the project management liaison among Programs, Finance, and Data teams, ensuring deliverables remain on schedule and requirements are understood. Maintains grant records, calendars, and tracking systems while improving workflows and supporting equitable organizational practices.
