Support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and grant financial management for a nonprofit. Prepare variance analyses, cash flow projections, reports and dashboards, ensure GAAP and grant compliance, assist audit readiness, and translate financial data into actionable insights for program and organizational leadership.

Provide HR operational and administrative support with focus on benefits and payroll administration, leave and accommodation management, HR compliance and records, and employee/customer service. Serve as liaison with payroll, managers, and benefits vendors, assist recruitment and onboarding, support open enrollment, and maintain accurate HRIS/payroll data.

Manage a 150–200 donor portfolio of $5,000–$10,000 givers: qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward gifts. Meet fundraising metrics, conduct donor visits, support events, use Raiser's Edge NXT for records, and represent the organization at public engagements.
