Teams at Marvel Fusion

Supports the Legal Team at a fusion-energy startup by operating the compliance framework, administering the employee participation program, reviewing and drafting commercial agreements, conducting legal research, translating legal requirements into business recommendations, and improving legal processes, templates, workflows, and automation. The role offers broad exposure to business law, regulatory matters, and technology-enabled legal operations.

Own the company strategy cadence, including annual reviews, quarterly milestones, OKRs, and leadership reporting. Manage the roadmap process, dependencies, interfaces, and priorities while partnering with SciTech teams. Build and operate the technology partnership ecosystem, including partner mapping, governance, onboarding, working groups, and joint development collaborations. Support strategic partnerships with organizations such as Siemens Energy and Fusion Hubs.

Own end-to-end technical and non-technical recruitment, optimise Greenhouse ATS, source niche scientific and engineering talent through academic networks, manage stakeholder relationships and hiring processes, implement a Bar Raiser program, and build talent pipelines aligned with business priorities.
