Manages the physical and system-based flow of raw materials from warehouse and cooler areas into production. Scans and corrects production entries, batches and releases materials, verifies labels and received quantities, maintains FIFO rotation, organizes raw materials, and escalates dashboard, quality, spill, and compliance issues. Requires operation of scanning equipment and forklifts, report interpretation, physical lifting, and work in varying temperatures.

Oversee procurement of packaging, ingredients, spices, supplies, and other manufacturing materials. Manage suppliers, support negotiations, monitor inventory, maintain ERP data integrity, and contribute to Power BI reporting. Collaborate with Operations, Production, Quality, Finance, R&D, and Sales to improve supply chain performance, customer service, cost control, inventory management, and procurement processes.

Perform general production tasks on a poultry processing line including handling, trimming, cutting, sorting, inspecting, packaging, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards in cold, fast-paced conditions.

Manually trim, cut, and inspect poultry on a fast-paced production line to remove defects, meet USDA and food safety standards, maintain production speed, clean and store tools, follow PPE and sanitation protocols, and report issues to supervision.
