Administer payroll, manage timecards, reconcile payroll and credit card accounts, process invoices, manage client billing, maintain accounting systems, and support month-end and year-end financial reporting. The role also helps implement accounting policies, manages vendor and client contract-related activities, and resolves discrepancies while coordinating tasks independently and maintaining confidentiality.

The role also oversees general ledger, cost accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor and client contract activities.

Provide pre-award, award/selection, and post-award acquisition support including SOW/SOO preparation, acquisition strategy, market research, RFP/RFQ and source selection support, contract administration, modifications, invoicing, delivery/task order support, and closeouts for government contracting efforts (GSA/GWAC-focused).
