Supports NIH federal acquisitions across the full lifecycle, including planning, solicitation, award, administration, and closeout. The role applies FAR and HHSAR requirements, develops acquisition documentation, supports source selection and contract administration, monitors milestones and performance metrics, manages procurement records, and collaborates with contracting officers, CORs, program offices, and stakeholders. It also assists with FOIA requests and uses automated acquisition systems to track procurement activities.

Administer payroll, manage timecards, reconcile payroll and credit card accounts, process invoices, manage client billing, maintain accounting systems, and support month-end and year-end financial reporting. The role also helps implement accounting policies, manages vendor and client contract-related activities, and resolves discrepancies while coordinating tasks independently and maintaining confidentiality.
